Der Saarbrücker Bäckermeister Horst Sander und Gemüsebauer Stefan Denis organisieren gemeinsam den Markt auf dem Max Ophüls Platz. Das Besondere: Der Markt öffnet zu besonders für Berufstätige interessanten Zeiten: Von 14 bis 20 Uhr kann man hier jeden Donnerstag frische Produkte aus der Region einkaufen.
Die Idee wurden von Studenten der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) entwickelt.
